Submit the following with your entire application:

a) 6 CDs of each recording, per category applied. For example, if you are entering the same CD in two categories, then you send us 12 CDs of the recording. For best song categories, OK to submit 6 labeled cassette tapes of JUST THAT SONG. Product will only be returned if SASE is included. Judging families and schools keep the product as a thank you gift.

b) Fee Worksheet and payment

Submit all by mail, UPS, etc. Do not request signature to receive mail (write OK to leave on porch.) Submit to Pickleberry Pie Special Account, 305 Dickens Way, Santa Cruz, CA 95064 USA
