_____ I'd like to apply for a one-time fee waiver for a maximum of two entries. Give rationale here. Submit rationale to lisah@montyharper.com for pre-approval. Waivers not available to corporations. Waivers and fee payment cannot be combined... in other words, if you get a fee waiver, you can only apply for two categories in this awards year.
NOTE: Do not send any other material such as publicity releases, press kits, sand toys, etc etc with your submission. Such things will not be passed on to the judges. They will end up in the bottom of Evalyn's hamster condo. Save a tree!
Also, big NO NO: do not require a signature for the package! This will move you to the bottom of the hamster condo as well!
Confused? Follow these examples:
Example: You have 2 CDs released,
one this year and
one a couple of years ago. You’d like to enter them both. So
the fee for the
first entry is $70, the fee for the second is $50., for a total of $120.
Example: You have just one CD out,
but you’d like to
enter the same CD in three different categories. Your fee for the first
entry
is $70, the fee for the second is $50, and the third is $50, for a
total of
$170.
Don’t forget to include 7 copies of the CD or DVD of each recording for each category you are entering . We need 3 copies for the first round, and 3 copies for the Winner round, plus one for safety. Unused cds will be returned if you enclose a SASE. and a specific request to do so.
