How to Submit Your Work to Penelope's Radio

 

We would be happy to include your audio production, either music, story, or radio program, in our webcast. We reserve the right to select only material that we feel is of excellent quality and appropriate for children.

 

As you can see, most of our channels are in English, however, we will be adding other channels in other languages as material becomes available.

So materials in Spanish or French are particularily appropriate. Or, if you speak another language, please contact us about possibly creating a program for us in that language

We also just LOVE to receive productions by kids.

 

 In exchange, here is what we promise you, the content provider:

 

  1. We promise to use only one cut or portion of a CD, not the entire recording, in any given program, unless you specify that it's OK.

  2. We will take care to encode it in Real Audio, which, ahem, is not currently competitive with CD quality recordings.

  3. We will credit you and your company on the appropriate webpage, and include a contact website where possible.

Please also note that we are in the process of negotiating with the appropriate performance compensation organizations, so that artists can be compensated for the use of their works.

If you'd like to send your material to us, follow these steps:

  1. Copy and sign the release form.
  2. Include list of all material submitted and times of cuts. Make sure your name and contact information is attached to the recording.
  3. Package material well. CD is preferred.
  4. Send to:

  5. All submitted material will not be returned. If you've already submitted to us, (except for the CMW awards,) chances are you won't need to submit product again. PJ has kept.. and used.. the material you've sent her, so just send us the form.
