Interactive Puppetry and Music: Practical Tips and Ideas

Kevin Kammeraad returns to share some practical and inspiring ideas for how YOU can better integrate puppetry into what you're doing! If you've got a puppet (even a sock with some homemade eyes), have it with you. If you missed him at the 2018 in-person CMN conference, you're getting another chance to see a master-puppeteer!

Kevin is the lead puppeteer on the Wimee’s Words show and is part of the Community Engagement Team at Kent District Library. His experience as a children’s author, artist, performer, and presenter/educator over the past twenty years has prepared him well for this dynamic live show! Kevin is a master puppeteer and has spent his career performing interactive, inspiring, entertaining, high energy musical shows at schools, family events, libraries, and festivals across the country. Kevin has a degree in Film & Video Production from Grand Valley State University, and he loves using his creative talents to bring Wimee to life on each Wimee’s Words episode!
